Zombie City Terms of Service

Welcome to Zombie City! We provide a real-world, location-based survival game. Our goal is to create an immersive experience that encourages players to explore the city, gather resources, and survive in a challenging environment—all while playing safely and respectfully.
By accessing or using the Zombie City mobile game (“Service”), you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Zombie City reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
You must create an account to use the Service, which requires a supported mobile device and internet access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. Sharing, selling, or transferring your account is strictly prohibited.
You must be 13 years of age or older to create a Zombie City account. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
You are expected to behave respectfully and lawfully while using the Service. Harassment, cheating, exploiting bugs, or engaging in any activity that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
In addition to your online conduct, we expect all users to follow proper and respectful behavior during offline gameplay. This includes, but is not limited to:
Your real-world actions while playing Zombie City should reflect the game’s values of safety, respect, and enjoyment for all players.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all associated intellectual property rights, are owned by Zombie City or its independent developer. You may not use any content from the Service without express permission, except as permitted by law.
The Service may include virtual goods and currencies with no real-world monetary value. These cannot be exchanged for real money. All purchases of virtual goods and currencies are final and non-refundable.
Zombie City may update the Service at any time. These updates may require you to accept new terms or update the app. Scheduled or unscheduled interruptions may occur, and Zombie City will not be liable for any downtime.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zombie City shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including personal injury, property damage, lost profits, or data loss, arising from:
You specifically acknowledge that Zombie City is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur while using the Service in real-world environments. You are responsible for your safety and must be aware of your surroundings at all times. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
Zombie City reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal or harmful behavior.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be handled by the courts located in Tallinn, Estonia. You agree to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to such jurisdiction or venue.
Zombie City reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated by posting the new Terms on our website or within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
